Touching the ground running: priority ministries on board in the fight against TB in Tanzania through multisectoral accountability framework (AF – TB)

The Multisectoral Accountability Framework for TB (MAF – TB) is a global agenda derived from both Moscow Declaration (2017), TB End Strategy (2018) and the United Nations High Level Meeting (UNHLM 2018) whereby they both supported development of (MAF – TB) to accelerate progress to end TB in 2030. The WHO first MAF – TB draft was welcomed in 2018, finalized and released in May 2019.
To keep Tanzania in the loop, building from the National Tuberculosis and Leprosy Programme (NTLP) Annual Conference meeting 2021, especially MAF-TB session, priority ministries and partners were identified and participated in a two (2) days meeting on 2nd -3rd February 2022 at Morena hotel – Morogoro READ MORE
