“We never started the STOP TB partnership chapter…” said Dr. Said Egwaga former Program Manager for
Tanzania National TB Program in his vote of thanks after he was elected as Vice chairperson of the board
on June 3rd, 2021. Treasure of the board Dr. Florence Temu Country Director for AMREF Health Africa
pledged to use her skills to ensure the chapter becomes a role model. Closing the meeting, the chair of
the board Rev. Dr. Peter Bujari and Executive Director of Health Promotion Tanzania committed to use
servant leadership style and ensure long term vision for the chapter. He further said that STOP TB
Partnership Tanzania’s success will be contributed by everyone’s efforts including the government, civil
